Archangel Access is a concrete boat ramp located about one mile east of Livonia in Schuyler County, providing access to the Chariton River via Highway 136. The site is situated at a Missouri Department of Conservation area north of town and serves as a convenient launch point for paddlers and motorboaters.

**Paddling Opportunities**
This access point is popular for float trips on the Chariton River. A notable trip runs approximately 10 miles from Rebel's Cove to Archangel Access—manageable in a day for most paddlers. Those with a single vehicle can walk back roughly one mile from the lower boat ramp to the launch point to avoid the need for two-vehicle shuttles. The area also supports hunting and fishing activities, making it a multi-use recreation site.
