About This Access Site
Bay Mill Road offers a paved boat ramp with one launch lane on Lake Mohawksin, a 1,515-acre lake in the Tomahawk area of Lincoln County. This is one of five public-access landings available on the lake, making it a convenient option for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters looking to access the water. The lake has a maximum depth of 25 feet with low water clarity.

**Important Note:** Boat Launch Passes are required to use this access site. A daily pass costs $2 (available at drop boxes at the landing), or you can purchase an annual pass for $20 at Chuck's Sport Shop (630 N 4th St in Tomahawk). Lake Mohawksin supports a variety of fish species including Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Walleye, making it popular with anglers as well as recreational paddlers.
