The Beaver Lake Sail Club boat ramp provides easy access to the White River arm of Beaver Lake for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorized boats. The ramp is located just below Beaver Dam, where the cold, clear waters of the upper White River flow into the lake.
This access site is situated within the Dam Site River Campground, a reservable facility operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers. Campers have use of the boat ramp, as well as amenities like an outdoor pavilion, grills, and fire pits. While the campground itself is not ADA-accessible, the boat ramp appears to have been designed for accessibility.
Beaver Lake is a popular recreation destination in the Ozark Mountains of northwest Arkansas. The lake offers ample opportunities for fishing, boating, and enjoying the scenic natural surroundings. Paddlers and anglers will appreciate the calm, protected waters of the White River arm near the Beaver Lake Sail Club access. However, boaters should be cautious of changing conditions, as Beaver Lake can experience high winds at times.
