Bellevue Landing offers a convenient public access point to the Tred Avon River near Royal Oak in Talbot County. The facility features a 30-foot-wide paved boat ramp, courtesy docks, and parking for 12 boat trailers. This is a good option for kayakers and canoeists launching onto the scenic Tred Avon, a popular paddling destination in Maryland's Eastern Shore.

**Important regulations:** All vehicles with trailers must display a current Talbot County permit. The landing is closed between 11:00 pm and 4:00 am, and it operates as a carry-in, carry-out facility. A $100 fine applies for littering. Avoid blocking the ramp with parked vehicles. The Tred Avon has a 6-knot speed limit starting at Jacks Creek and continuing upriver, making it well-suited for paddling. The nearby Oxford-Bellevue Ferry provides an interesting cross-river alternative if you're exploring the area.
