The Big Eagle boat ramp provides access to the Tennessee River/Kentucky Lake near Springville, Tennessee. This is a good access point for kayakers, canoeists, and small boat owners looking to explore the lake and river.

The boat ramp is located about 3 miles down North Eagle Creek Road, just off Highway 191. The ramp is situated on the Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge, which stretches for 65 miles along the Kentucky Lake shoreline.
