**Access & Location**
Blackburn Boat Ramp provides public access to the Ohio River at mile marker 858, located next to the Shawneetown Bridge in Morganfield, Union County. The ramp is easily reached via KY 56 west of Morganfield, turning right onto Highway 667 (River Road) to reach the launch site. The ramp accommodates a range of watercraft including kayaks, canoes, motorboats, and other recreational craft.
