Bluebriar Park

Bluebriar Park offers a one-lane concrete boat ramp with parking for 20-30 boats and trailers, providing access to Lake Lyndon B. Johnson, a scenic reservoir on the Colorado River near Granite Shoals. The facility is located approximately 4 miles from Highway 281 via Highway 2147 (Wirtz Dam Road). This is a straightforward launch point suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and recreational boaters looking to explore the lake's calm waters.

**Important Note:** The City of Granite Shoals has periodically closed Bluebriar Park and other boat ramps on Lake LBJ during water level management periods. Before planning your visit, contact local authorities or check current status, as access may be restricted depending on lake conditions. If Bluebriar is closed, nearby alternative ramps in protected coves may be available in the area.
