About This Access Site
Bradbury Beach provides a convenient day-use boat launch on Franklin D. Roosevelt Lake, a large reservoir created by Grand Coulee Dam in northeastern Washington. Located near Rice in Stevens County, the ramp offers multiple amenities including ample parking with overflow areas suitable for RVs and larger trailers, a vault toilet, information kiosk, and a day-use picnic area. A swim beach is also accessible from this location. Note that minimum launch elevation is 1,222 feet, which may affect water levels seasonally.

**Access & Fees:** Weekly boat launch fees are $10 for seven consecutive days (paid online), with an annual option available for $60 through vendors. Paddlers should be aware that boaters 60 and younger must carry a valid Washington state boater education card to operate motorboats over 15 horsepower. There is not a boat launch or courtesy dock.
Recreation
Haag Campground is popular with families, hunters and fishermen to camp. They can easily access Lake Roosevelt for shoreline fishing. 
Facilities
Haag Cove Campground is a reservation only campground with 18 sites. There are picnic tables, fire pits, and water access located within the facility.

Individual Campsites: A customer who cancels a reservation the day before or on the day of arrival will pay a $10.00 service fee AND forfeit the first night's use fee (not to exceed the total paid for the original reservation). Cancellations for a one-night reservation will forfeit the entire amount paid and will not be subject to an additional service fee.
