Breckenridge Park is located approximately 4 miles south of Edna on State Highway 111. Take Brackenridge Parkway, which dead-ends directly at the boat ramp. Boat Ramp 7 is situated in Brackenridge Park near the gazebo and provides easy water access to the Lavaca River and Lake Texana system.

This recreation complex offers two boat ramps in the area—Boat Ramp 7 in Brackenridge Park and Boat Ramp 11 in nearby Texana Park.
