About This Access Site
**Location & Directions:** Canyon Lake 23 is located on the north side of Canyon Lake in Spring Branch, Comal County, accessible via FM 306 approximately 18.8 miles west of Canyon City. Turn south on Eagle Rock Road into the Cypress Cove housing development, then right on Tanglewood Road to reach the ramp.

**Watercraft & Usage:** This is a non-motorized watercraft launch point, making it ideal for kayakers and canoeists. Canyon Lake 23 is one of nine Comal County boat ramps designated for launching canoes and kayaks. The site provides access to Canyon Lake, a popular Hill Country recreation destination on the Guadalupe River, offering scenic paddling opportunities and access to fishing and other water activities.
