About This Access Site
Located at the St. Andrews City Marina in Panama City, Carl Gray Park offers a concrete single boat ramp for public access to St. Andrew Bay. The ramp is government-owned and open to the general public at no charge. **Important note for boaters:** W 12th Street crosses the top of the ramp and is one-way (running north to south), so exercise caution when backing down your vessel. There is no requirement to check in with the marina office.

St. Andrew Bay is a saltwater estuary offering calm, protected waters ideal for kayaking, canoeing, and recreational boating. The bay's shallow waters and relatively sheltered conditions make it accessible for paddlers of various skill levels. This central Panama City location provides convenient access to explore the bay's ecosystem and nearby waterways. The site's proximity to downtown Panama City makes it a practical launching point for both day trips and longer paddling adventures in the greater St. Andrew Bay area.
