Carrice Creek Boat Ramp provides access to Toledo Bend Reservoir on the Sabine River near Hemphill, Texas. Located off Texas Highway 21 approximately 6.5 miles east of Milam, this single-lane ramp accommodates all boat types and is open year-round. A use fee is required. The facility is conveniently situated near Boles Field Campground, making it a good base for extended paddling trips.
Toledo Bend Reservoir is a major impoundment on the Sabine River, which drains a watershed of nearly 9,600 square miles.
