About This Access Site
The Cedar Bluff boat ramp provides easy access to Weiss Lake on the Coosa River in northeast Alabama. This ramp is well-suited for launching kayaks, canoes, and small motorized boats. The Coosa River in this area is a broad, slow-moving reservoir with gentle current, making it an ideal setting for paddlers and recreational boaters.

To reach the boat ramp, head east on AL-68 from the town of Cedar Bluff for about 1 mile, then turn right onto the access road. The ramp is located right off the highway, providing convenient access. While there are no fees or posted hours of operation, boaters should be aware of and follow all applicable Alabama state boating regulations.
