Located on the south shore at the east end of Lake Bonham, this public access site offers a double-wide boat launch ramp suitable for all boat types, including kayaks and canoes. The site is approximately 2 miles north of Recreation Road 3 off FM 273—take FM 273 northeast of Bonham, turn east on Recreation Road 3, then turn onto Fannin County Road 2524 and follow to Boat Ramp Road. A public restroom facility is available onsite.
**Important Requirements:** All boats launching at Lake Bonham require a current permit, which can be purchased from the on-site lake manager or at the Kwik Chek Gas Station in Bonham. Lake Bonham is a 1,020-acre recreation destination in the Prairies and Lakes Region of northern Texas, offering year-round access. Additional amenities at the site include a fishing pier and an enclosed event center, making it a convenient stop for paddlers and boaters of all types.
