Coastline Court

Located 5 miles east of TX HWY 87 off FM 3315 near Hemphill, Coastline Court is a public boat ramp providing access to Toledo Bend Reservoir on the Sabine River. The facility features two lanes accommodating all boat types and is operated by the Sabine River Authority of Texas. A launch fee is required, and the ramp is open year-round. Toledo Bend Reservoir offers paddlers and boaters a large, stable waterway on the Sabine River, a major river system draining 9,577 square miles. The reservoir maintains consistent year-round access, making it suitable for kayaking, canoeing, and motorboating. With an average flow of over 9,100 cubic feet per second, expect moderate water movement typical of a large impoundment rather than swift current conditions. The area is part of an extensive network of approximately 33 public access points across the Texas side of the reservoir.

Nearby camping is available at Boles Field Campground (reservable), making this a convenient base for multi-day paddling trips. The parking area at Coastline Court supports day-use and launching activities for visitors exploring the expansive reservoir.
