The site is owned by Columbia Borough and managed under an agreement with the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission. **PFBC Unpowered Boat Launch Permits or PFBC Unpowered Registration are required for all kayakers and canoeists using this access.**
**Facilities & Conditions:** The park offers amenities including accessible restrooms, picnic facilities, and interpretive information about the historic Susquehanna River region. Be aware that the boat ramp has a sharp drop-off at the end, which can be particularly challenging during low water conditions. This is a popular launch point for paddling the 53-mile Susquehanna River corridor and provides access to scenic routes such as Lake Clarke, which spans between Lancaster and York Counties.
