**Location & Permits:** Columbia River Park is a boat ramp and paddling access point located on Walnut Street in Columbia, PA, on the Susquehanna River. The site is owned by Columbia Borough and managed under an agreement with the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission. **PFBC Unpowered Boat Launch Permits or PFBC Unpowered Registration are required for all kayakers and canoeists using this access.**
