Comstock Lake Access

Comstock Lake offers public boat access via a dedicated launch in Neshkoro, Marquette County. This 26-acre lake features a maximum depth of 29 feet and is ideal for paddlers and small watercraft. Note that **all gasoline-powered motorboats are prohibited**, making it a quieter environment well-suited for kayaking and canoeing. The launch transitions from blacktop to gravel to lake bottom, providing reasonable access for hand-carry boats and small watercraft.

Be aware that the turnaround area at the launch site is tight, so plan your entry and exit accordingly. This lake supports panfish, largemouth bass, and northern pike, making it a popular destination for anglers as well.
