**Access & Parking**
County Road 516 provides public access to Pelican Lake near Orr in St. Louis County. To reach the site, head north on County Road 11 and turn right onto North Drive, following signs to the public access area. Free parking is available at the site.
**Launch Details & Restrictions**
This access is gated during summer use and operates as carry-in access only, meaning you'll need to hand-launch your kayak, canoe, or small boat. Swimming is not permitted at this location. If this access doesn't meet your needs, Jones Bay Access on the northwest side of the lake (off County Road 4) offers an alternative boat launch option. Pelican Lake has six public boat launches total, providing paddlers with multiple entry points to explore the water.
