About This Access Site
Crowder Point-East provides boat ramp access to Eufaula Lake on the Canadian River in Pittsburg County. The site features a 1-lane concrete ramp with a courtesy dock and paved parking, making it suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and motorboats. This is a non-reservable, day-use facility located on the west shore north of Eufaula—access via Highway 431 to Lake Road heading east.

Eufaula Lake is a major reservoir on the Canadian River, a substantial waterway with an average flow of over 7,100 cubic feet per second. The lake environment offers calm, manageable paddling conditions ideal for kayakers and canoeists, in contrast to the swift river channel downstream. The area is part of a larger recreation complex with multiple access points and facilities managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. There are no fees for lake use, and paddlers should note that the tailwaters below the dam are known for striped bass fishing activity.
