About This Access Site
Crowley Lake offers a convenient boat ramp access point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorized boaters. The Crowley Lake Campground, located just off Highway 395, provides the main public access to the lake. The boat ramp is part of the campground facility, which offers 47 RV and tent sites.

While the campground itself is first-come, first-served with no reservations, the boat ramp can be used by the general public. Amenities include potable water, a dump station ($5 fee), and nearby campground sites, though no hookups are available. Boat and equipment rentals may be available through local marinas or outfitters.

Crowley Lake is a large reservoir popular for water sports, fishing, and other recreational activities. Boaters should be aware of typical mountain lake conditions, including potential wind and changing weather. The lake offers plenty of open water for paddling and motorized boating, though navigation can be more challenging in the northern, narrower sections. Responsible use and safety should be priorities for all visitors accessing the lake.
