**Location & Access:** This City-owned boat ramp is located at the west end of Crystal Lake in Grand Rapids, accessible via Crystal Lake Road east of I-35. The site provides public waterfront access with a hard-surface trail and canoe rack rental available. Note that there is currently no dedicated non-motorized boat launch, so paddlers share the boat ramp with motorized vessels—please be mindful of keeping the ramp clear for all users.
**What to Expect:** Crystal Lake is a 54-acre water body offering a calm paddling environment suitable for kayakers and canoeists. The access point is well-developed with parking and facilities. A fishing pier is located on the north shore near the middle of the lake if you're interested in exploring the full shoreline. Park District residents will need to purchase a key fob annually to access the main launch ramps.
