About This Access Site
Cummings Landing is a popular boat access site on Lake Seminole in Seminole County, Georgia. The facility features two double-lane boat ramps with adjacent courtesy docks, allowing easy launching for kayaks, canoes, and motorized boats. The paved parking lot has ample capacity for up to 250 vehicles with trailers.

Lake Seminole is a large reservoir formed by the Jim Woodruff Lock and Dam on the Apalachicola River. It offers diverse recreational opportunities for boaters, paddlers, and anglers. The lake's calm waters and sheltered coves provide excellent conditions for exploring by kayak or canoe, while the broader expanses are well-suited for powerboating and fishing. Visitors should be aware of the lake's potential for wind, which can create choppy conditions at times. Cummings Landing provides convenient access to explore this scenic section of the lake and surrounding Spring Creek.
