**Location & Access**
Deadman Lake is located in Watersmeet, Ontonagon County, in Michigan's Upper Peninsula within the Ottawa National Forest. The access point is reached via U.S. Highway 2; turn north onto Marion Lake Road (Forest Road 3980) and travel approximately 1.5 miles, then turn right onto Forest Road 3985.

**Fees & Facilities**
A day-use fee of $5 per vehicle applies from May 15 to October 15 (or $30 for an annual pass covering multiple forest recreation areas). Payment is made via self-registration fee tube—plan ahead to have cash available. Campers with paid campground reservations are exempt from day-use fees.
