The Deer Park Road boat ramp provides public access to Lake Mohawksin, a 1,515-acre lake in Lincoln County near Tomahawk, Wisconsin. This paved single-lane launch facility includes a dock, picnic table, and small parking area, making it suitable for kayaks, canoes, and motorized boats. The ramp is located off North 4th Street on the east side of town.
Lake Mohawksin has a maximum depth of 25 feet and relatively low water clarity. The lake supports a variety of fish species including musky, panfish, largemouth and smallmouth bass, northern pike, and walleye, making it popular with anglers. Paddlers and boaters should be aware of the lake's size and be prepared for typical conditions on larger inland Wisconsin lakes. This is one of two public boat landings providing access to Lake Mohawksin; another ramp is available at SARA Park off W Somo Avenue.
