Doiron's Landing provides boat ramp access to Verret Grassy Palourde in Saint Martin Parish, located on Highway 70 approximately 4 miles west of Morgan City. The landing is situated behind Doiron's store and is positioned on the correct side of the levee for convenient water access. This is a developed access point with amenities including a boat ramp, gas station, live bait and tackle shop, and deli services on-site.
From this launch, paddlers and boaters can access a network of productive waterways including Lake Verret, Grassy Lake, Belle River, Bayou Cheramie, Bayou Sherman, Bayou Magazile, and 4 Mile Bayou. The area is known for excellent fishing opportunities and scenic paddling through Louisiana's coastal bayou system. Doiron's is an established, full-service facility and serves as an official CCA STAR weigh-in station, making it a reliable choice for day trips and fishing excursions in this region.
