Located in Ebensburg, Cambria County, Duman Dam provides public access to the 18-acre Duman Lake via a single boat launch ramp. This site is managed by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and is suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and other unpowered watercraft. Note that all unpowered boats must be registered or display a current launch permit, and innertubes and swim aids are not permitted on the water.
The facility includes dedicated parking and a range of amenities to support a full day of recreation. In addition to the boat ramp, visitors will find modern restrooms, picnic pavilions, and campsites. The surrounding park area also features recreational facilities including volleyball and basketball courts, horseshoe courts, a ball field, an exercise trail, and playground equipment, making it a good option for families or groups combining water activities with other outdoor recreation.
