The Eagle Lake East access site, located in Norwood Young America in Carver County, offers a public water access (PWA) boat ramp for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters. The facility features an asphalt parking lot that transitions to gravel near the launch area, with dedicated parking for vehicles with boat trailers. A warming hut is available at the lake's edge during winter months.
