Eagle Ridge County Park offers a boat ramp and dock on the south end of Upper Klamath Lake, Oregon's largest freshwater body west of the Rockies. Located west of Klamath Falls (take Highway 140 west over Spence Mountain and turn right at the Eagle Ridge Park turnoff), this access point is ideal for paddlers and boaters exploring the lake's 91-square-mile surface. The park provides amenities including a developed boat launch, potable water, picnic tables, and fire pits.
The site includes a primitive campground with 6-8 first-come, first-served tent camping spots situated directly on the lake shore—perfect for multi-day paddling trips. One campsite can accommodate larger rigs. A hiking trail to Eagle Ridge offers panoramic views of Upper Klamath Lake and the surrounding landscape. Fishing is permitted in the area. Note that this is a developed county park with day-use and camping fees; contact Klamath County Parks for current rates and operational details.
