About This Access Site
The East Parksville boat ramp provides access to the Ocoee River and Lake Ocoee in Polk County, Tennessee. This access site features two ramps - the western ramp is suitable for launching larger boats, while the eastern ramp is more shallow and better suited for small craft like canoes and kayaks.

Parking and a vault toilet are available on-site. Overnight camping is not permitted at this location. Boaters and paddlers should be aware of and obey all water traffic signs and regulations. Swimming is not allowed at this access point.

The Ocoee River is a popular whitewater destination, known for its class III-IV rapids. Lake Ocoee, the river's reservoir, offers calmer waters more suitable for recreational boating and fishing.
