About This Access Site
Ezell Landing is a government-owned public boat ramp providing access to the upper Suwannee River in Lafayette County, Florida. Located at 1384 NW Ezell Landing Road near Mayo, the ramp serves kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters exploring the Suwannee River and its connecting waterways. To reach the facility, travel north from Mayo on US 27 to CR 292, turn right and follow CR 292 north until it becomes Ezell Landing Road—continue to the ramp.

This access point is ideal for paddlers planning trips on the upper Suwannee River, as well as portions of the Alapaha, Santa Fe, and Withlacoochee rivers. The site operates as a stand-alone ramp managed for general public use. Paddlers should note that water levels and clarity can vary seasonally, so checking current conditions before your trip is recommended. The ramp provides a convenient launch point for both day trips and longer multi-day paddling adventures in this scenic river system.
