Fellows Lake (Springfield City Utilities)

Fellows Lake in Springfield offers a dedicated boat ramp and marina facility managed by Springfield City Utilities in partnership with local recreation organizations. A designated canoe and kayak launch area is available for non-motorized paddlers, separate from the motorboat ramp. Private boaters can launch via the concrete boat ramp or reserve a dock slip for the day if available. The Fellows Lake Marina provides fuel, rentals, and support services for various watercraft.

**Access Guidelines:** All boats must be launched at the ramp or hand-launched at designated areas and removed from the lake by sunset daily. Gates are locked according to Springfield's official sunrise and sunset schedule, so plan to wrap up your time on the water 20–30 minutes before sunset to allow time for pack-up and exit. The Fellows Lake Store operates seasonally (March 1 to October 31) and is open seven days a week during that period.

**Location & Recreation:** Located in Springfield, Greene County, Fellows Lake serves as the city's primary water supply and is surrounded by additional recreational opportunities, including nearby trails maintained by Ozark Greenways and the American National Fish and Wildlife Museum. The lake is managed collaboratively with the Missouri Department of Conservation overseeing fishing regulations.
