The Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge's Glaze Creek boat ramp provides access to a medium-sized headwater stream in southern Arkansas. This 4th-order creek has a total length of 24.73 miles and an elevation drop of 1,647 feet, flowing at an average velocity of 1.14 feet per second. The Crossett Harbor Recreation Area boat ramp offers direct access to the Glaze Creek section of the Ouachita-Black River system within the Felsenthal refuge.
