Flowing Lake County Park offers excellent access for kayakers, canoeists, and motorized boaters in Snohomish County. The site features **two public concrete boat launches** suitable for various watercraft. This is one of the few parks in the county that permits motorized boats and water skiing, making it a popular destination for diverse water activities. Year-round access is available, and the shoreline provides good paddling opportunities.
**Permits and Facilities:** Day-use and annual launch permits are required and can be purchased at kiosk fee machines on-site or online through the Parks Call Center (425-388-6600). Annual passes are valid at multiple Snohomish County parks including Kayak Point and Wenberg Park. Note that Washington State Discover Passes are not valid here—you'll need a Snohomish County-specific pass. Restrooms are available at the site, and camping is offered for those planning extended visits.
