Foster's Boat Ramp provides access to the South Fork Shenandoah River near Luray, Virginia. This section of the river is popular with kayakers, canoeists, and small motorized boats. The ramp is a primitive concrete launch located directly off Route 684, about 3 miles downstream from Bealers Ferry Landing and 2 miles upstream from Goods Landing.

Paddlers can expect a peaceful, scenic float through the George Washington National Forest.
