Fox Lake is a 2,713-acre lake located in Lincoln County near Parrish, Wisconsin, offering a popular public boat launch for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters. The lake has a maximum depth of 19 feet and is known for diverse fishing opportunities including musky, panfish, largemouth bass, northern pike, and walleye. The calm, protected waters make it suitable for paddling, water sports, and wildlife observation.
**Access & Facilities:** This is a public boat ramp with standard launching facilities. Day-use passes can be purchased in cash or checks (credit cards are not accepted) at City Hall in the City of Fox Lake, or you can fill out an envelope at Clausen Park and have a season pass mailed to you. Note that there is no power loading available at the ramp.
The lake's size and depth make it ideal for recreational paddling, fishing trips, and day-use boating activities. Plan accordingly for weather and wind conditions, as larger lakes can develop chop quickly.
