Gray's Landing is a public boat ramp providing access to Kentucky Lake, a large reservoir on the Tennessee River in western Tennessee. The ramp is conveniently located just north of the Highway 79 bridge, across the water from Paris Landing State Park.
This launch site is well-suited for kayakers, canoeists, and powerboaters looking to explore Kentucky Lake and the surrounding Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge. The lake offers ample opportunities for recreational boating, fishing, and wildlife viewing. Paddlers will find a mix of open water and more sheltered coves to explore. The Tennessee River in this area is a wide, slow-moving waterway, making it generally calm and navigable for small craft.
Parking is available near the ramp, and the site appears to be open for use year-round, though you may want to check for any seasonal restrictions or hours of operation. As with any public boat access, be sure to follow all posted regulations and safety guidelines when launching and operating your vessel on Kentucky Lake.
