The Scioto Boat Club provides public boat ramp access to Griggs Reservoir on the Scioto River in Columbus. Located on the west bank of the reservoir just south of the Fishinger Road bridge, this established launch site features two sets of ramps suitable for kayaks, canoes, and motorboats. The facility sits on 3 acres adjacent to Indian Village Camp and is easily accessible from I-270 via Mills Run and Riverside Drive.
This is an ideal access point for paddlers exploring the Griggs Reservoir area and Scioto River system. Beyond the launch facilities, Griggs Reservoir Park offers biking and driving trails (approximately 2.25 miles), nature preserves, and other recreational amenities.
