Harbor Bay Marina offers a well-maintained two-lane concrete boat ramp with ample parking for approximately 50 vehicles, making it a convenient access point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters on Lake Ray Hubbard. The marina is located in a protected harbor setting and serves as one of the premier launch facilities on this 22,745-acre reservoir formed by the Rockwall-Forney Dam on the East Fork Trinity River.
