Hardenbergh Public Boat Ramp is a public access point on the Suwannee River in Lafayette County, Florida, near Mayo. To reach the ramp, travel east from Mayo on US 27 to NE CR 361, turn left and head north to NE CR 354, then cross over to NE Pecan Avenue. Turn right on NE River Road and follow it to the boat ramp. This location serves as a convenient put-in for paddlers and boaters exploring the upper Suwannee River.

The ramp provides access to a popular paddling corridor with several established take-out points downstream.
