About This Access Site
Located at 32995 South River Road in Harrison Township at the mouth of the Clinton River, this Lake St. Clair access point offers a well-organized public launch facility ideal for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats. The site features at least five docks with good traffic flow, making it convenient for getting on the water. You'll launch into a shallow bay with sandy bottom and aquatic vegetation. A DNR research station is also located here, and the Angler's Point Marina bait shop is directly across the street if you need supplies.

**Fees and Access:** Daily passes cost $5, with annual passes available for residents ($22), senior residents 62+ ($11), non-residents ($30), and senior non-residents ($22). Note that the site is closed from 11:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. From this launch, paddlers can explore Lake St. Clair's southern reaches, including Selfridge AFB, Belle Maer Marina, and Belvidere Bay to the south. This is a good access point for both casual paddling in the bay and more extensive Lake St. Clair exploration.
