About This Access Site
The Havasu Springs boat ramp provides access to the Colorado River, one of the largest rivers in the United States. This major river system is over 1,700 km long and has an average flow of over 14,000 cubic feet per second. The Colorado River is a popular destination for kayakers, canoeists, and motorized boaters.

The boat ramp is part of the Lake Havasu Shoreline Sites, a network of 73 boat-in campsites managed by the Bureau of Land Management. The ramp itself has a wheelchair-accessible dock and fishing pier, as well as a picnic table and pit toilet. However, users should note that the accessibility of the ramp may vary depending on water levels. There is a $10 per day fee for use of the site, with additional fees for overnight camping.

While this boat ramp does not provide direct access to the Colorado River, nearby launches at Topock Marina, Park Moabi, and Havasu State Park offer direct river access. Visitors can also launch for free at the Lake Havasu City municipal ramp, Site Six, though they should check in advance to ensure the facility can accommodate their watercraft.
