Height of Land Lake (South)

Height of Land Lake's south access point provides convenient public boat launch facilities for kayakers, canoeists, and recreational boaters exploring this 3,795-acre Becker County lake. The launch can accommodate trailered boats up to 12-18 feet, making it suitable for most recreational vessels. There is no launch fee at this access point. The lake's maximum depth of 21 feet offers decent water conditions for a variety of paddling and boating activities.

This location is conveniently situated near several outdoor recreation areas, including the Detroit Lakes Wetland Management District and Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge, making it an excellent starting point for exploring the broader Detroit Lakes region.
