**Location & Access:** Hemlock Lake's primary boat ramp is located at the northeast corner of the lake off Rix Road in Rossiter, Pennsylvania (Indiana County). A secondary access point is available at the southeast corner off Route 15A. Both launch areas include parking facilities and two maintained launch ramps to accommodate various watercraft.
**Boating Regulations & Vessel Requirements:** This lake is restricted to electric motors and hand-propelled boats only—gasoline-powered engines are not permitted. All motorized vessels must be less than 20 feet in length. Kayaks, canoes, and other unpowered boats are welcome and must be registered or display a current launch permit. Innertubes and swim aids are not allowed.
**Fishing & Recreation:** Hemlock Lake is well-stocked with bluegill, bass, catfish, muskellunge, walleye, and northern pike, making it popular with anglers.
