About This Access Site
Horseshoe Lake is a 220-acre lake in Todd County offering a well-maintained public boat launch for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters. The access site features a large concrete ramp with an "L"-shaped crib dock that provides some wave protection, though water levels near the dock end may be shallow. With a maximum depth of 53 feet, the lake provides decent exploration opportunities for various water activities. The facility includes paved parking for approximately 10 vehicles with trailers and a portable restroom.

**Important Note:** The lake has documented zebra mussels, so be sure to inspect your boat and equipment thoroughly before launching and departing. Following proper boat washing protocols helps protect Minnesota's waters from invasive species. Overall, this is a straightforward access point for a moderate-sized recreational lake in the Todd County area.
