**Access & Directions:** Located just off I-5 Exit 36 near Toledo, this ramp provides convenient access to the Cowlitz River. Take the immediate right onto Gearhart Garden Road after crossing the Cowlitz River bridge. Two parking lots serve the site; use the second lot, as the first is an older, abandoned ramp.
