Irrigon Marina

Irrigon Marina offers a well-maintained concrete boat ramp suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and small to medium-sized motorboats on the Columbia River. The ramp is approximately 16 feet wide and can accommodate multiple vessels, making it a reliable launch point for exploring this major waterway. A pump-out/dump station is available on-site for boater convenience.

The Columbia River in this region is a large, powerful waterway with significant flow characteristics typical of the lower Columbia. Paddlers should be prepared for strong currents and consider timing their trips with water conditions. The Irrigon area provides access to excellent paddling opportunities, including nearby Lake Wallula upstream and the Umatilla National Wildlife Refuge along the shoreline—a network of wildlife viewing areas spanning the Oregon and Washington banks.
