About This Access Site
Jacks Landing is a public boat ramp providing access to Deep Creek on Lake Hartwell in Anderson County, South Carolina. This one-lane ramp facility is located southwest of Anderson off US Highway 29, above Hartwell Dam, and includes a fishing pier and paved parking. The ramp is open year-round for boat launching, though the park grounds are seasonally open from April 1 through September 9.

Lake Hartwell is one of the most popular Corps of Engineers lakes in the nation, offering excellent recreational opportunities for kayakers, canoeists, and boaters. The large reservoir provides calm, flatwater paddling ideal for all skill levels. Nearby camping is available at Lake Hartwell Camping and Cabins (within 10 miles), making this a convenient access point for multi-day paddling trips or weekend outings.
