Jacobs Creek Park offers convenient public boat access to Canyon Lake on the Guadalupe River in Comal County. The facility features a three-lane concrete boat ramp with a maximum depth of 15 feet, accommodating various watercraft from kayaks and canoes to larger motorboats. The park is located on the north side of the lake, approximately 2 miles west of Canyon City, with parking capacity for around 55 vehicles.
**Access & Location:** From FM 306, turn left at the Jacobs Creek Park sign and follow the road to the ramp on the right. The site is easily accessible and well-maintained. Canyon Lake itself is known for clear, clean water and depths that increase quickly in most areas, making it suitable for recreational paddling, fishing, and boating throughout the year.
