Jennie Lake (South)

The south access at Jennie Lake features a state-owned double cement boat ramp on the southwest shore, making it the primary launch point for this 6-mile shoreline lake. A fishing pier is also available at this location, providing additional amenities for anglers. The ramp can accommodate boats up to 12-18 feet, depending on water conditions. There is no launch fee unless accessing the site requires a state park vehicle permit.

Jennie Lake is a shallow water body with a maximum depth of 15 feet, making it suitable for kayaks, canoes, and small recreational boats. Paddlers should be prepared for potential shallow areas and plan accordingly. An alternative north shore access with a smaller cement ramp is available if needed. The lake's six miles of shoreline offer good exploration opportunities for recreational paddlers.
