Located at South Shore State Park on Kanopolis Lake in Marquette, this single-lane boat ramp provides convenient access to the Smoky Hill River reservoir. The ramp is situated west of the swimming beach and is particularly useful for launching small watercraft and jet skis, especially during lower water levels. This is an unreserved, day-use access point overseen by Kansas Parks and Wildlife.
The surrounding South Shore area offers several amenities to support your visit, including flush toilets, drinking water, showers, and a playground. Hart Marina nearby provides kayak rentals, boat rentals, and full-service marina facilities if needed. A daily vehicle permit is required to access Kanopolis State Park.
